SharePoint/Power Platform Developer (5-10 yrs)

Required Experience & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint (preferably SharePoint Online / O365) development and configuration.

- Proven track record of building solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating with other O365 services.

- Familiarity with data migration tools (e.g., ShareGate) and techniques for large-scale content moves.

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint development practices particularly SPFx, Typescript, SharePoint Rest API's.

- Experience of developing against the Microsoft Graph (especially Graph SDKs and endpoints, OAuth, Azure Active Directory, MSAL/ADAL libraries etc.)

- Strong front end development skills including NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3 SASS, UI frameworks.

- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills (independent and able to adjust to changing priorities).

- SharePoint architectural and technical product expertise.

- Experience with PowerShell.

- Experience with SharePoint search - Managed Properties, Crawled Properties, search queries, and search web parts.

- Understanding of UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

1. SharePoint Architecture & Development: Configure site collections, libraries, permissions, and metadata to support consolidation from legacy DMS platforms (EDOX, iManage, Filero, Documentum, Laserfiche etc...). Ensure compliance with SharePoint Online best practices (e.g., item count limits, URL character constraints, naming conventions).

2. Power Platform Solutions: Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to support workflows like onboarding, offboarding, auditing, and compliance requests. Build Power Apps for enhanced user experiences and data entry forms, leveraging proper security and performance optimization.

3. Migration Execution: Utilize ShareGate (or similar tools) to plan and execute data migrations, track progress, and validate data integrity. Collaborate with the BA/Data Analyst to apply retention policies and archiving strategies.

4. Performance & Optimization: Monitor SharePoint site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for scalability and user adoption. Conduct thorough testing of SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet high-quality standards and address any issues before client delivery. Assist in establishing best practices for governance, naming standards, and folder structures.

5. Documentation & Collaboration: Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams. Work collaboratively in a SAFe environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
