Job Description
- Ensure the delivery of client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, ensuring timely updates
- Oversee operations through meticulous end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis
- Assist in the training of new team members
- Achieve and maintain targets for attrition and shrinkage
- Conduct regular reviews of overall staff performance
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and effectively handle client calls
- Prepare and maintain management and operational reports
- Maintain and monitor process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard metrics
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Minimum eight years of work experience
- Medical coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory
