Designation : Senior Associate - Facility

Shift : Rotational Shifts

Mode : Work From Office

External Facing Description :

• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in the night shift
• Good negotiation and creativity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utility Bills payment processing-Verifying bills and processing it for payments and Ensuring on getting the payment to the vendor on time
• Coordinating Client Visit arrangements-their logistics and accommodation
• Handling grievances/issues on communication lines -Landlines/Blackberry/mobiles lines for the company and ensuring on their payments
• Handling Business cards/letter heads and envelops printing
• Coordinating and executing Service agreements. with contractors
• Ordering of Stationery and Housekeeping materials
• Preparing and Sending out monthly expenses
• reports/Variance data to the Group Leader
• Organizing Meetings with vendors and operations teams
• Getting quotations and negotiating rates on need basis and recommending best vendor for the procurement team
• Liaising with vendors
• Monitoring housekeeping and security Management and ensuring effective service from the vendors.
• Preparing work instruction modules
• Other day to day activities as assigned by the Manager.
