This is a Corporate IT Recruitment role, that recruits internally for our Managed Services Teams.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
Excellent understanding and strength in hitting KPIs
Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes
Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms
Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements
Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends
Promoting the reputation of our company and clients.
Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals
Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals
Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs
Performing pre-screening interviews to analyze the abilities of candidates
Interviewing candidates using various techniques (eg technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions)
Other duties as directed by leadership
Requirements
MUST BE TECHNICALLY SAVVY, MUST BE TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGABLE
7-10+ years prior experience as a US and Offshore/Domestic Technical Recruiter
Must be experienced with W2, 1099, recruitment
Must be well-versed in Visa and Work Authorizations
Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a high-quality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles.
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
A solid technical background is needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (eg structured, phone, Google Meet)
Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with various sourcing methods (eg Boolean search, social media recruiting, etc)
Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices
