Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures.

Provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.

Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.

Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.

Experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud networking technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Bachelor's degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineering focus is required.
