Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the systems and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
- Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
- Collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage area networks (SAN) architecture and design.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting storage area networks (SAN).
- Knowledge of storage protocols such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS.
- Experience with storage management tools and technologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud storage solutions.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
- This position is based in Jaipur.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
