Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup and recovery systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backup and recovery systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.- Strong understanding of system architecture and data recovery processes.- Experience in implementing backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies.- Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.- Familiarity with cloud-based backup solutions.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
