Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge, using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of network security solutions, ensuring the security of the organization's network infrastructure.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network security policies and procedures.- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Network Security Implementation.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in Network Security Management.- Strong understanding of network security policies and procedures.- Experience in conducting security assessments and audits.- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for network security issues.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful network security solutions.- This position is based at our Chennai office.
