Summary:
As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to users.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.
- Provide support and guidance to users regarding system usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain technology initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A Graduation degree is required.
