IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)


Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using IBM BPM/BAW. Your typical day will involve working with BAW, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using IBM BPM/BAW

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using IBM BPM/BAW.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM BPM/BAW.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, JavaScript, and SQL.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and XML.

Solid grasp of database concepts and data modeling.

Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

This position is based at our Pune office.
