Summary:As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. You will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Technical expertise:Medidata Rave, Rave Web Services (RWS), PL/SQL Responsibilities:Experience in Medidata Rave modules like Architect, User admin, site admin, configuration and lab admin;Analyze and investigate the Rave EDC and Study build issues from both Rave front end and backend and providing workarounds and permanent fixes;Ability to work in 24/5 shift to provide support on Production issues and monitor the systems throughout the shift;Implementation of configuration changes from the Rave core configuration module with the thorough analysis and impact of such configuration,Plan; Development or configuration change and corresponding documentation resulting from impact assessment on any Roche custom components. Develop, Test and deploy the changes or enhancements as proposed and approved by Roche changes,Identify trends to bring in efficiencies and improve the system/process;Creation of test plan, test specifications and test cases based on change scope to verify the correct operations of the functionality delivered;Create, review and update the Rave TOPs (Technical Operating Procedures) ;Restoration of the IT Service either by Workarounds or resolution of Incident ;Detailing the Service Now Ticket (e.g. Ticket categorization, for Continual Service Improvements);Coordinate with Roche Business Users and stakeholder(s) as necessary ;Coordinate with Roche Business Users and stakeholder(s) as necessary ; Work together with other support groups and Third Party Rave Vendor MDS to solve data or integration issues ;Identify the repetitive issues and creating Problem tickets for identifying the root cause and permanent fix along with temporary workarounds; Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills across with the ability to communicate with Non-technical end users as well as Technical IT Teams
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
