Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure seamless functioning of critical systems and services to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure smooth operation of production systems and services.

Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.

Implement best practices for system reliability and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Capabilities.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework.

Experience in incident management and problem resolution.

Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
