Summary:As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operational technology (OT) security. Your typical day will involve analyzing security requirements, designing and implementing security solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of operational technology systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop security architecture for operational technology systems.

Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats.

Implement security controls and measures to protect operational technology systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security requirements.

Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Assist in incident response and recovery efforts.

Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Train and educate employees on security best practices.

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.

Conduct security awareness programs to promote a culture of security.

Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness training programs.

Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Security.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).

Strong understanding of security architecture principles and best practices.

In-depth knowledge of operational technology systems and their security requirements.

Experience in designing and implementing security controls for operational technology systems.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to operational technology security.

Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and vulnerability assessment techniques.

Experience in incident response and recovery.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
