Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Contribute to the implementation of activities for a specific business function

Analyze and design/re-design business processes

Define parts of an organization
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials

Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial systems implementation

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems

Experience in business process analysis and design

Ability to identify areas for process improvement

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials

This position is based at our Pune office

A 15 years full time education is required
