Summary:We are seeking a talented Engineer to join our Platform Security Identity and Access Management team that focuses on managing our Delinea Secret Server PAM service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, optimizing, automating, securing, and troubleshooting a three-tier (Web/RDS DB/Proxy End Point) service in AWS or a similar cloud hosting provider to ensure application high availability, scalability, and security. The candidate would also be familiar with configuring, optimizing, automating build, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems in a cloud environment. Linux, RabbitMQ, PKI experience is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Automation Development and Management:

Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to support our services using AWS tooling, AI tooling, and other DevOps practices.

Integration to platforms such as Okta, LDAP, AD, ServiceNow.

Support integration into the PAM API from remote users and systems.

System Integration and Administration:

Administer and configure our PAM service in AWS or GCP to support automated processes.

Build and maintain Windows Terminal Server Clusters - Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor services and processes to ensure they run smoothly and address any issues or failures promptly.

Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance process efficiency and reliability.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure PAM processes and automation solutions comply with PCI, SOC 2, and other regulatory standards.

Document workflows, system configurations, and maintain audit trails to meet compliance requirements.

Assist in preparing for and passing audits related to IAM processes and security controls.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving existing automation solutions and workflows.

Stay updated on the latest trends in IAM/PAM technologies, automation best practices, and compliance requirements.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.

Implement and maintain security controls and measures.

Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.

Conduct security audits and assessments.

Investigate and respond to security incidents.

Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in DevSecOps.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM), Amazon Web Services (AWS) Security, Okta Identity Management.

3+ years in IAM/PAM with a focus on automation and scripting in a cloud platform.

Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with Python is a plus.

Proficiency in IAM platforms:PAM systems, Okta, AD, LDAP

Familiarity with workflow systems like ServiceNow.

Familiarity with PCI or other regulatory standards

Experience in preparing for and supporting audits around PAM for above standards.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and able to work in a remote team environment.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving technologies.

Preferred Certifications:AWS DevOps Engineer & PowerShell or Python scripting.

Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and architectures.

Experience with cloud security controls and technologies.

Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards.

Familiarity with security assessment and testing methodologies.

Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and events.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
