Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure the smooth functioning of critical business systems.

Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of the systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical glitches.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong understanding of software analysis and troubleshooting.

Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues within critical business systems.

Knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices.

Familiarity with incident management and problem management processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based in Kolkata.
