Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support for SAP BASIS Administration and ensuring smooth functioning of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for SAP BASIS Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems.

Ensure smooth functioning of the application by monitoring system performance and taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP systems and support processes.

Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in cloud support and application support.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP systems.

Experience in monitoring system performance and taking proactive measures to prevent downtime.

Strong understanding of system upgrades and migrations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
