Summary:As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating design requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design concepts into tangible prototypes.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.

Identify and address usability issues and make recommendations for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with interaction design and information architecture.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Experience with data-driven design and A/B testing.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
