Summary:As a Technology Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for creating production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools. Your role will involve deploying the automation pipeline and automating environment creation and configuration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform for the project or product.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions.

Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

Implement security measures to protect cloud environments from potential threats.

Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of cloud service providers.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Document and maintain technical documentation related to cloud environments. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Administration.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles.

Experience in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python.

Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux-based systems. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
