What would you do?
Review and analyze deductions taken by customers to identify discrepancies.Investigate the reasons behind deductions, such as pricing errors, shipment issues, or promotional allowances.Maintain detailed records of all deductions and resolutions.Gather necessary documentation to support claims and disputes.Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, and finance) to gather information and resolve issues.Communicate effectively with customers regarding deduction disputes and resolutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
