Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Hyderabad. You will lead a team in the end-to-end development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions

Mentor junior team members for their professional growth
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Go Programming Language

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle

Experience in designing scalable and reliable systems

Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Go Programming Language

This position is based at our Hyderabad office
