Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings.
• Develop project plans and track progress.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Strong understanding of database management and optimization.
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with database security best practices.
  Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
