Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the plan. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Manage the deployment process and ensure successful implementation- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and interdependencies- Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development- Strong understanding of deployment planning and execution- Experience in work planning, scheduling, and budgeting- Ability to manage metrics, training, pilots, and resources- Knowledge of project interdependencies and alignment- Familiarity with monitoring and controlling progress- Good To Have Skills:Experience with change management processes Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required
