Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the team in implementing best practices.- Provide guidance on technical issues.- Ensure timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
