Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead and manage a team of software developers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.- Experience in system configuration and customization.- Knowledge of database management and optimization. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
