Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Implement new testing strategies to enhance efficiency

Develop and maintain automated test scripts

Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools

Knowledge of software testing best practices

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA

This position is based at our Pune office

A 15 years full-time education is required
