As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Informatica Axon. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing technical guidance to team members.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Informatica Axon, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards, identifying and addressing technical debt and code vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Informatica Axon and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Informatica Axon.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica MDM.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Informatica Axon.
