Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Manage the delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems and services.

Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions.

Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with NAS Architecture and Design, AWS Architecture.

Strong understanding of backup administration principles and best practices.

Experience in managing and maintaining Commvault backup systems.

Knowledge of NAS architecture and design.

Familiarity with AWS architecture and services.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backup systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
