Summary:As a Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect, you will define technology transformation, strategies, and capabilities including north star and target blueprints. You will design the roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve analyzing current technology landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing comprehensive technology strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME in technology strategy and roadmap architecture

Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively

Responsible for team decisions and ensuring alignment with the target state

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Develop comprehensive technology strategies and roadmaps

Analyze the current technology landscape and identify gaps and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technology solutions

Ensure the technology strategies align with business goals and objectives
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft Application Architecture

Strong understanding of technology transformation and strategy

Experience in designing technology roadmaps and blueprints

Knowledge of infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process architecture

Experience in aligning technology solutions with business goals

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365

This position is based at our Gurugram office

A 15 years full-time education is required
