Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure effective communication with clients

Implement best practices for system/application support

Conduct regular system/application performance analysis
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration

Strong troubleshooting skills in system/application support

Experience in system/application monitoring and performance optimization

Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident and problem management

Familiarity with cloud technologies and environments
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration

This position is based at our Gurugram office

A 15 years full-time education is required
