Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team, and making key decisions. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of the project with an overall experience of 12 years on domain expertise. Roles & Responsibilities:a Design and build Salesforce Lightning Web Components and knowledge on Salesforce CG cloud TPM / CG Cloud REb Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX c Can create technical design from Functional design/Requirement d Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills e Perform Impact analysis
Technical Experience:a Must have Salesforce Lightning Web Components experience, Salesforce CG cloud TPM / CG Cloud RE experience of around 3-4 years and Over all Salesforce development experience of around 7-10 yearsb Must have at least 5 Salesforce certificationsc Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model d Must be Technically skilled in Salesforce Configuration and Customization e Must have Hands on Customization experience in APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc Mandatory requirements :Deep technical skillGood experience and expertise in large and complex SI programStrong client facing / presentation skillsGot good blend of Solutioning skills
