Summary:As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will shape, sell, and close deals that are single or multi-service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan. Engage in strategic decision-making and client interactions to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to drive deal closure.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deal strategies.
  Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
• Experience in crafting and executing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
