Summary:As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, collaborate with business users, and design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time.

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Develop innovative process improvement strategies.

Implement workflow automation solutions.

Conduct process audits and recommend enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

Strong understanding of business process modeling.

Experience in workflow automation.

Knowledge of process optimization techniques.

Familiarity with CRM integration solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
