Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the application.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Design and develop software solutions based on user needs and specifications.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the software.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Assist in the documentation of software design, architecture, and user manuals.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.

Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with responsive design and mobile app development.

Experience with user interface (UI) design and visual design principles.

Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.

Ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

Minimum of 15 years full time education is required - Shift timings 7 PM - 4 AM
