Summary:Lead the data migration team offshore, working directly with the overall onshore Data Migration Lead to manage the team, define development standards and provide subject matter expertise on data migration. We are assuming we will use BODS + IDPAs a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead a team of software developers

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services

Good To Have Skills:Experience with data integration tools

Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

Experience with data modeling and database design

Hands-on experience with SQL and scripting languages

Solid grasp of data quality and data governance principles
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services

This position is based in Jaipur
