Roles & Responsibilities-Design, develop, and implement integrations between Kronos WFC/WFD and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, HRIS, ERP).-Use Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) to create and manage interfaces and data exchanges.-Ensure data accuracy and consistency during integrations and manage data migration processes.-Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.-Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accruals and timekeeper.-Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT preferred.-Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding during handover of the system.-Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and integrations.-Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements leveraging Kronos capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills-Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Workforce Management domain is a must.-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workforce Central/Dimensions.-Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler.-Configure Kronos WFC/ WFD modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave Management, to align with business requirements.-Customize rules, workflows, and reporting features to meet organizational needs.-Provide Level 2/3 support for Kronos WFC/WFD integration-related issues.-Diagnose and resolve technical problems, working with Kronos support as needed.-Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards for security and data integrity.-Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation for integrations and configurations.-Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Kronos features and functionality.-Good to have Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Dell Boomi.-Good to have knowledge on Data Views Setup.-Good to have knowledge on managing CRT tables and integrations in Workforce Dimensions.-Thrive in a team environment, while also possessing the ability to work independently.-Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.-Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
