Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process effectively- Ensure timely delivery of projects- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis- Strong analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Project management expertise- Experience in software development lifecycle- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 Year full-time education is required
