Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will be part of your daily tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement effective incident and problem resolution strategies.

Maintain operational stability across various business system components.

Update knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting efforts.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

Strong understanding of database management principles.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL Server databases.

Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures for SQL Server databases.

Familiarity with SQL Server security best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
