Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and processes to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and configuration of software systems- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success- Manage and mentor a team of developers Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies- Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions- Hands-on experience with Java EE technologies such as JPA, EJB, and JMS- Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full time education is required
