Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring their successful delivery and meeting the project requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and integrity of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Ensure the successful delivery of applications, meeting project requirements and timelines.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.

Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and future enhancements.

Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP trends and technologies.

Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Utilities Retail.

Strong understanding of SAP ABAP development principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP objects, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.

This position is based at our Indore office.

A BE degree is required.
