Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and making critical decisions to drive the project forward.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Make critical decisions to resolve technical issues and ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Tableau.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Hands-on experience implementing various data analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Tableau.

This position is based at our Indore office.
