Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.

Implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills:Expert knowledge of designing, deploying and managing Amazon WorkSpaces environment.Hands on experience with administration of Appstream 2.0 ServiceHands on experience with AD Connector, VPC, S3, Route 53, Amazon CloudWatchKnowledge in handling AWS managed AD and AD ConnectorExperience with handling end user issues inside Amazon WorkspacesAWS Cloud Architect Associate or AWS SysOps administrator associate is a must

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in AWS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles.

Experience in managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure.

Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
