Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:-

Should have strong OS administration skills on Linux

Hands on experience on Red Hat Enterprise Linux System Administration. (Version 5, 6 & 7).

Experience in Linux OS installation, Software and Patch management

Volume Manager Administration Network OS / SW installation

OS patching skills on Linux

Strong knowledge on Redhat, Ubuntu & Debian Linux operating systems

Should know how to debug/troubleshoot memory issues

Must have expertise on OS internals on Linux & Unix

Good knowledge about the Linux system files, boot process and Run levels

Familiar with the configuration and maintenance of network hardware and peripherals

General System Administration expertise

Installation and configuration of Software

Knowledge on Memory management for better OS and application performances
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
