Summary:As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and troubleshoot technical issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions.

Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives.

Contribute to the improvement of existing standards and methods of delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect systems and data.

Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills:

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workplace Solutions.

Strong understanding of IT systems and architectures.

Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
