Project Role :Software Development Engineer

Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills :Spring Boot

Good to have skills :Java, AWS Architecture
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :a Minimum of 15 years of fulltime education
b Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
a. Provide day-to-day support for production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
b. Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and interfacing systems to understand application functionality and provide technical assistance.
c. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and scalability.
d. Implement and maintain monitoring tools to ensure the health and stability of production systems.
e. Participate in incident management and resolution, including conducting root cause analysis and documenting bugs or features.
f. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
g. Actively participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents outside of normal business hours.
h. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to production systems.
i. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for production systems.
j. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to production support processes and procedures.

Technical Experience:
a. 3 to 5 years of experience in production support roles.
b. Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and related technologies.
c. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
d. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex issues in production environments.
e. Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
f. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
g. Experience with version control systems such as GIT.
h. AWS certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer (preferred).
