Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.
Must have skills :Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
Good to have skills :MySQL, MongoDB

Summary:As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration. You will be responsible for scripting and monitoring automation execution, managing incidents with a focus on service restoration, and acting as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Additionally, you will manage the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation, ensuring smooth operations of the cloud environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Ensure the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications.

Execute cross-technology administration tasks, including OS, databases, and virtual networks.

Script and monitor automation execution to streamline operations.

Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration.

Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests.

Manage the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with MySQL and MongoDB.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Hands-on implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
