Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Identify and address technical risks and issues proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.- Strong understanding of ESB concepts and integration patterns.- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.- Hands-on experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Hawk.- Knowledge of web services standards such as SOAP and REST.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
