Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve leading the testing team, implementing automation strategies, and ensuring the quality of software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Lead the testing team and ensure the quality of software products.

Implement automation strategies to improve testing efficiency.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements.

Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Field Service.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with test automation frameworks.

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.

Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java.

Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Field Service.

This position is based at our Jaipur office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
