Summary:As a Salesforce Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Communicate technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and end-users. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.

Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
