What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Supervise a team that responsible for preparing Indirect tax returns, Accounting and reporting and ensure accuracy and timelines.Manage Tax calendar, Tax working, Filings & payments including estimated paymentsProvide guidnace to the team on Complex tax process to the team and enable to adhere to accuracy and timelinesTeam should be responsible for Tax provision calculation and prepare supportingCo-ordinate and mange tax audits, queries and prepare supportings Ability to grasp multiple complex activities and end to end understanding of the entire process and extended support to the next levelDetailed exposure to managing transitions with complete knowledge transfer & agreed Roles and responbilitiesThe process of generating source data and performing required analysis to support indirect periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) tax filings, based on the clients interpretation of statutory and tax requirements. Examples include VAT, local sales and use taxes, property and income (business) taxes.


What are we looking for?
In-depth knowledge on US Indirect Tax. Hands on experience in handling Sales and Use tax, Tax workings, returns preparation, property tax, handling audit / Tax authority queriesProficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Powerpoint)Strong ability to analyze tax issues, handling documentation and tax calculationAbility to prepare and analysis financial statements according to GAAP / IFRS standardProficiency in tax - related accounting reconciliationDemonstrate innovation with focus to improve process-enhance efficienciesExcellent inter-personal skillsGood written & verbal communication skills with ability to connect with the stakeholders/teams

Hands on Experience in Workday ERPProficient in MS Exce

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
